Description
Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's goals and market trends.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Define product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product features and functionality.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and new feature development.
- Make data-driven decisions based on market research, user insights, and business goals.
- Serve as a product evangelist and communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and practices.
- Demonstrated experience in defining and executing product roadmaps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed product decisions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
- Passion for technology, user experience, and delivering innovative products that meet customer needs.
